I am afraid that you should transfer from Katmandu, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Xian, Chengdu to Lhasa. Because only these places have the flight to Lhasa.
Choose one of them as the transfer stop.
And do remember to get one Travel Permit before your leaving.
