  Dear Molly,
Sorry it took a little longer to send this e-mail to you than I would I liked. Id like to say a heartfelt thank you for making wonderful arrangements for us. We also appreciate your patience and helpfulness while arranging our itinerary. We arrived in Beijing and were taken care of the moment we got off the plane. You were so wonderful in making sure that all my worries and concerns and questions were all answered before we even left for China.

Our trip to Beijing, Lhasa, Xian, Guilin and Yangshuo was so memorable. The guides in each city were so welcoming and so informative and were a great help to us. China is such a beautiful country with so much history; my only disappointment is that we were not able to stay longer! Each city has its own character and history and we have vivid memories of it all. The Forbidden City, Potala Palace, Xian City Wall and Terra Cotta Warriors, the cruise down the Li River, the scent of osmanthus and riding a tuk tuk in Yangshuo are only a few of our many memories. The Tang Dynasty dinner and show was so beautiful! While we were in Xian, Grace took us to eat dumplings and hot pot, what a treat! Lisa (Beijing), Phurbu (Lhasa), Grace (Xian) and Holly (Guilin) took great care of us and went out of their way to suggest activities for us when we had free time. Mr. Lee? And all the other drivers were so good to us as well. Im so thankful that we were able to meet such wonderful people.

Tom , Im very glad that we were able to meet you in Xian even if it was for a short time. It really was a treat to meet the person who put our entire package together. The whole package that you booked for us was wonderful and we enjoyed every part of our trip. We are so impressed by your thoroughness and we would not hesitate to call on your again or recommend your services to anyone. I noticed that you have our comments on your website, but please feel free to add this to them, since we only have good things to say about our trip.

I look forward to meeting you again.

Sincerely,
Susan & David Clements,

Itinerary: 16-Day Tour of Beijing/ Lhasa/ Xian/ Guilin/ Beijing

Returned safely to Switzerland. Although I came to Nepal in the midst of the royal tragedy and had some minor problems at the border. The Tibet trip was an interesting experience and I enjoyed it very much. Mrs. Dikki ? and Mr. Drom Den, the driver took good care of me and were very cooperative. I wanted to raise two points for your future clients for Tibet:
1. In New Tinggri I was given a room with no water, the tiolet on the other end of the building, the window broken with the glass laying inside the room. It was very cold that night and snowed. Also electricity went out. - Such a room should not be offered to a foreign guest and I have noticed, that other guests had reasonable accomodation at the same hotel !!
2. When you travel allone your guide should be with you also at the hotel and the meals. I know it is a custom, that the guide brings you to the hotel and then leaves you. But I would recommend, that he stays until the room is settled and joins you with the meal, as eating alone in a chinese restaurant is very difficult, especially in remote areas of Tibet.
Otherwise I will recommend your organisation as everything went smoothly and without difficulties."

Wanted to send you a quick note to tell you how much we appreciated the trip last week. Both guides (Grace in Beijing and Darcy in Xian) were excellent!
We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful trip and great service.

We had a wonderful time. Everything that you planned for us exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all of excellent quality and our guides were friendly and informative. I will strongly recommend your company to anyone planning a trip to China and I hope that we can travel with you again in the near future ourselves. The only planning that I would have changed would have been to have allowed more free time (perhaps a half-day and evening in each city). We were on a tight timetable and wanted to see as much as possible but next time we will plan more time to explore on our own. Great trip overall and thank you very much for a great experience.

We are back home and unfortunately I caught a bad cold while in Hong Kong and have been ill for a few days.
We want to advise that we had a wonderful time in China, we found your arrangements excellent and were able to enjoy ourselves without any worries about being met, or travel arrangements etc.
I will go through each area with a few comments for your assistance.

Thank you for you email which we received on Saturday 12 May 2001. You have reminded us of the need to write to you and say thank you for the wonderful trip you planned for us. We loved every part of it and must compliment you on your wonderful organisation, excellent guides and drivers and how smoothly everything went. We have recommended your organisation to anyone who has expressed interest in a trip to China and we know that without your organisation we would not have had the wonderful time we did.
We were able to enjoy the whole trip knowing that we would be taken care of and the standard of the guides and drivers was all we could ask for. Our trip to China will be remembered forever and yes we do have some photographs, but what exactly would you like? That is what type of shots and how do you want them sent?
Do you want us to send copies of the ones we have or should we send you all of the negatives that we have.
If you could give us a little guidance as to your needs we would be grateful.
Once again thank you for your efforts and organisation with our trip to your facinating and hospitable country.
We tried to reply directly to you email request but your mail administrator replied non-local adressee! We do not relay! the destination computer refused to accept it.
So if you receive this please feel free to use the comments we have provided and let us know of your requirements for the photographs.
