Dear Tibettrip,We had an EXCELLENT experience with our recent tour of China. There were no negative aspects and often you exceeded our expectations. We hope that you are able to get more participants for future tours. For us [and the Rogersons] it was great to have that much individual attention but we are sure that you need to have more people to cover your overhead.
All of the guides did a superior job. They were all knowledgeable and took care of most of our requests. They should ALL be prepared [and encouraged] to be
flexible with the schedule. [EG: To accommodate the weather conditions and/or local circumstances.]
The food was very good. However there was too much of it and changes were difficult to make. My suggestion is that you consider allowing us to change [at least] the lunch menu. For example, instead of two meat items, we would have been happy with one seafood dish, most of the time. This may actually cost you less money to provide and we would have been more satisfied. [We realize that this may be a problem with a larger group but it should be attempted.

Everybody in our team said Echo (the guide in Xian) is one of the best guides they ever had. Wow, thanks for your professional organization. My husband and I knew a lot of friends from difficult countries in our group, so we feel excited.
