   I would recommend Tibettrip.com, because the services were excellent. Our guide in Beijing was very knowledgeable, also a kind person in every way, alwalys trying to help. Also, Mr. Win the driver was a polite and safe driver.

In Xian, we were very pleased to have Mr. Zhang as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable , very pleasant, helpful and always on time. Mr. Feng, the driver was a very polite man, and did a good job by driving us safely from one place to another.

As I promised earlier, I am pleased to send you our comments on our tour and its organization.

1. In the planning and organization of our tour we were very impressed with the speed, flexibility and warmth with which you responded to our initial request and to all of the subsequent communications that we sent. It made our tour planning very easy and we had a lot of confidence that the arrangements would work as we had planned. It was good that we were able to coordinate the cruise sector on the East Queen with our Australian friends who were traveling on an otherwise totally different itinerary.
2. We would particularly like to commend you on your suggestion just before our departure, to change the Great Wall visit from Badaling to Mutianyu. The afternoon at Mutianyu was very memorable for us and we had the chance to see the Wall with very few other people around and to walk it at our leisure.
3. Taken completely by surprise by the bad weather that closed down Yichang airport for many hours whilst we waited in Shanghai airport, we were relieved to be able to contact your company late on Sunday afternoon to let them know the situation and to get assurance that our predicament was being monitored and that our guide in Yichang would be waiting for us when we eventually arrived. Almost five hours late, we were smoothly transferred to the East Queen and were happy to get on board.
4. The East Queen certainly justified our initial research effort and we were very delighted by the friendliness of the crew, informative guides, roomy and comfortable cabins and the activities that were arranged for us.

We will certainly make use of your travel company again during our stay and have already passed on your contact details to other expats in Nanjing.
