This is just a brief note to thank you for providing such a wonderful experience in your country for my wife and myself. We were very pleased with the entire itinerary and your guides were terrific. You provided everything promised, and more. We are generally not ones to use travel agencies as we are very independent travelers, but visiting Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai was all the more enjoyable understanding the insight provided by the guides. I will recommend your service to
friends who may be visiting China in the future.

I might make one suggestion...being independent, and really enjoying the Chinese cuisine...it would be more beneficial to persons like us...and I assume most sophisticated Americans...to have a budget for meals (like provided in Xi'an and Shanghai) so we can sample what we wish, rather than be tied into a set menu that may not be giving us the ability to really sample the local cuisines in the best way. I would be willing to pay additionally if given that choice...although we found
that we really hardly exceeded your very generous budget at all.

I know this might not be as feasible with larger groups...but the smaller groups would be more appreciative, I do believe.

Thanks again...and we hope to visit your country again in the future.

  What a wonderful trip we had! We were really pleasantly satisfied with the entire tour services and happily surprised with the willingness of the staff to please us.

Our guides are really helpful , knowledgable and always demonstrated a good attitude and there were two among all- Rose and Jessy were extremely knowledgable and spoke excellent English. We will definitely use your tour again.

As a matter of fact, we were a bit anxious about travelling with a tour group; however, our group were such a great mix of people. We definitely hope to stay in touch with them.

  Now that I am back home, I wanted to let you know that this trip was absolutely great! Everything about it more than met all my expectations. The unexpected stay in Chengdu before getting to Tibet (due to weather) became a highlight of the tour for me as Lewis (who took care of the stranded group) took us to visit the Panda Preserve where I had a once in a lifetime opportunity to hold a 6 month old baby panda! And even with the delay, we still were able to see all the things in Tibet that were most important to us.

The small size of the your groups is really a plus. In our case, we were even more fortunate in that the 13 of us really got along great. And the mix of nationalities made it interesting. The hotels were outstanding. And the guides [Rose in Beijing, Jesse in Xian, YanZee (not sure I spelled this correctly) in Tibet, and the guide in Shanghai (sorry, I dont remember his name)] not only spoke English very well but were also all very informative, personable, and accommodating. As an example, when leaving Xian, our bus broke down about 1/2 mile from the airport and Jesse got us to the airport by flagging down taxis (including some with passengers already in them!). Instead of a bad moment, it became another one of those great stories to tell about our visit!


It was great to actually meet Nancy, as we have enjoyed our E-Mail contacts with her over the past 8 months. Your company does a great job of keeping us informed!

Thanks so much for a very memorable time! This trip to China will always be one of my favorite journeys!

  We apologize for not saying good bye when we left the cruise. I saw you outside our car window as we drove off. We appreciate all the assistance that you gave use during our travels in China.

Our trip to China went very well thanks in part to your organization and the tour guides that you had for each city. Our flight change out of Tibet was not an inconvenience and we were able to see all the sights on the itinerary. All our tour guides were great, some were outstanding. Yang Qing our tour guide in Lhasa was very knowledgably about the local culture and she was able to work our schedule were we would see everything even though we had to leave early. Our tour guide in Xian, Zhangjing (Susan) was very patient and knowledgeable of Xian was great. (Karen), our tour guide for Wuhan was also great. She had a very good personality and had always had a smile on her face. I would recommend using her services in the future for any tourist going to Wuhan. Here English was very good and she was able to answer many of our questions about local the local culture and sights. Yang Kong (Tori) our tour guide for Lijiang was also fantastic. Her knowledge of the area was great. She was very patient and friendly. In the city of Guilin, our tour guide was Zeng Xiao Wen (Holly). Her services were fantastic. Here English was very good, so she was able to answer many complicated questions. She had many suggestions for our time in Guilin. Her customer care was very, very good.

I hope the above comments are helpful. Jennifer and I in the near future would like to do the Silk Road and have noticed that your company does the tour.
