Well what a fantastic holiday we had in China! The whole of the holiday was smooth running thanks to you and your wonderful guides. All of the guides were spectacular and very helpful, especially St. Maur in Beijing, Ying in Xian and Maggie in Hong Kong! What a beautiful country China is, so different in many ways to the UK, but similar in other ways. Our experiences of visiting all the excursion sites were fantastic, and we feel like we really did have a good taste of what China is like. Both Ying and Maggie managed to get us up-graded on two of our internal flights and that was great, it may be an idea to cost the holiday in future with upgraded seats for all of the internal flights as it really does add to the whole 5 star experience. Thank you for organising such a great holiday…I hope to visit China again one day, until then I will definitely recommend your company to anyone else here thinking of visiting China.

Our guide (Tracy) was very good. Her English was very good (also the pronounciation) and she had a very good knowledge of all the sites we visited.The driver was very good and the car was always clean.

Many apologies for the delay in replying to this e-mail, but our journey took us to other countries in SE Asia and we didn't return until this week.

We would like to thank you and your company dearly for providing, what was for us, one of the greatest experiences of our lives. Every aspect of this trip was so well planned and executed that we did not have to worry about anything for the duration of our tour in China. The hotels provided, the meals, the tours and shows were all fabulous. We particularly loved the visit to the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Terrocotta Warriors and our time in Tibet.

In fact, we really felt that if it was not for your careful planning and our wonderful guide Tibet would not have been possible for us to visit, especially Everest Base Camp (which has been a life long dream of mine) in the time frame we had. With the tour, everything was possible, and so easy.

We would like to extend a special recommendation for our guides in Beijing (Winnie), with whom we felt so much at ease straight away. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional, a great ambassador for China, and Purbar (forgive me if I have mis spelt this) who was simply amazing,caring and very sensitive to the fact that this was a once in a lifetime trip for us. We felt so safe and looked after in their care. In fact we think that it is guides like this that made this trip so special. We felt that your company employs guides who really care about the people on their tour, and we noticed this when we met other tourists who did not seem to have the same rapport with their guides.

It is for all of these reasons, as so much more besides that I would highly recommend your company to a family member or friend, and know that when we return to China that we would not hesitate to use Travelguide.com again,

The meals were great. I would especially recommend the Peking Duck Dinner to the friends who will travel to Beijing in the future. The guide Sandra was excellent & very knowledgable. A splendid tour, we enjoyed it very much. Everything worked well. Guide and driver were very attentive, courteours and friendly.

Who left us a deep impression was our guide Tenzin. He is the best guide we can imgine, sensitive to our physical needs in adjusting to Tibet, responsive to our deep wish to learn more about Tibetan culture and Buddhism, He is informed , passionate about communicating and helpful,thoughtful and kind. We all felt blessed and all request him again.

Anyway, we spend a relaxed holiday and thanks for all your efforts.

We found the meals in Shanghai acceptable. Both the guides were very pleasant and helpful. The mountain guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the Shanghai guide gave us a lot of helpful information. All in all, they both spoke very good English and very knowledgeable.

The drivers were very competent, polite and pleasant and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.

Excellent service with pleasant, cheerful guides who really want to help you enjoy your visit. We particularly enjoyed the acrobatic show, the gardens and the mosque visit in Shanghai. And the mountain scenery was breathtaking.
