All guides and drivers were personable, courteous, and professional. The guides demonstrated exemplary knowledge of language skills and also Chinese history and culture. The drivers were polite and their cars were immaculate.

At this time I wanted to praise your amazing employee, Vivian (she took me around Xian). I felt that she truly cares about me---the lone female tourist. She clearly went above her job's requirements and expectations to ensure that I was happy and safe within my travels through-out China.

I would like to give her a larger tip for her services. How could I do this? Can I mail you a check, money, or what? Please let me know, as this is very important to me!

Mere words cannot express how scary it was for me (a blond girl) to fly half way around the world, to a totally different culture. I put my complete faith into your organization and I was so relieved when your guide was at the Beijing Airport to pick-me up (even after a six hour delay)!

Every aspect of your tour was wonderful: pre-trip correspondence, staff, hotels, food, and miscellaneous services. I sincerely thank-you for such a memorable, informative, and life-changing trip!!!!

Thank you for an excellent traveling experience!

When we arrived at Xian we were met by Lily and immediately felt comfortable. She made us feel extremely welcome and all arrangements were handled with ease.

She was interesting, informative, well presented, knowledgeable and she was interested in us! She wanted to know what we wanted from our Xian experience and put things in place for us to get exactly what we wanted to make the visit memorable. We, very much, enjoyed her company, she made the visit very special!

The drivers were good. We were surprised to see female drivers as not many female drivers are seen in China. They were very good, we had no problems !

The cars were clean, and we were always collected on time !

The meals were very good and most enjoyable. We wanted to have different eating experiences rather than just eating western food so what was chosen for us was excellent, thank you.

I think the meal that stands out was the ‘Dumpling Meal’ we had after the Tang Dynasty show. The variations and tastes were very good, but we could not stop laughing at the quantities, the dumplings just kept on coming and we felt compelled to try them all ! One comment on this night at the Tang Dynasty show is that in retrospect maybe we should have eaten at the show rather than after the show. The best seats for the show seemed to be reserved for the people who were eating their meal there. The show was also disrupted by waitresses constantly walking around serving food to tables after the show had begun. This was quite annoying!

In the few start days I was with her I learned more about Chinese history and culture than in my entire lifetime. She is a wellspring of information with a great story telling talent. I would definitely return to China with her as my guide.

  Tour was very flexible and we did not feel rushed. Emma has been excellent, very informative, good English and she is very knowledgeable and proud of her country. The driver has been very courteous. The Tang Dynasty Show was fabulous. The Dumpling Banquet was superb.
