Hello Hebe & Eileen:It was such a pleasure to meet you in Xian, hope all is well with you.
Our trip was so wonderful, everybody was helpful, knowledgeable with a good command of the English language. Our guide in Xian was excellent, we liked her a lot but our guide in Shanghai was exceptional.
Our guide in Shanghai was so infectious she made us fall in love with Shanghai. She went overboard in showing us around, we just wish we had more time there. We heard on the plane back that there was a informative urban planning model showing the changes taking place in the redevelopment of the city . We think this would be most informative for your clients & wish we could have seen it.
The guide in Beijing was also good but she had a breath problem which would not be a problem for Asians but maybe for North Americans. (maybe the food she ate)
You wanted to know which restaurant was the best, they were all good, we liked the fact that they were not touristy, but the restaurant we liked the least was the one in Chongqing. It was not up to the standard of the other restaurants.
Thank you again, we will certainly recommend your service with the exception of the China Regal Cruise. You should recommend the Victoria Line which several friends of ours have traveled on & recommend.
Kind regards,
Bob & Faye

Hi Maggie,Thanks for the follow up.
My guides were excellent and the driver was great and the car is very clean.I received two bottles of water everyday. Very good meals, although I wish there is more flexibility and options in choosing the restaurants.
Thanks!

Hello,We are back to our very busy lives of demanding jobs and raising two young boys, so I'll have to keep this short!
In general, we liked all of the meals that were prearranged. As I think you have figured out what "Westerners" like to eat. At the times when we needed to order ourselves, and it was great experience to order Chinese dishes! But it was nice that we could try several things, and we had plenty to eat.
The drivers were all very professional and accommodating.
All of the guides were very nice. Our guide in Guilin, Shirley, was OUTSTANDING! She is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and we really enjoyed our time with her and exploring Guilin and Yangshuo. That was our favorite part of the trip. We wish we could have spent more time there. You are very fortunate to have someone of her talent and expertise working with your company! We have several friends who would like to visit China. I will definitely tell them to contact Tibettrip.com, and will make sure they ask for Shirley to be their guide in Guilin. We got very spoiled with Shirley, who has many more years of experience and was so exceptional!
Thank you for arranging our special and memorable vacation. When our boys are a bit older, we will plan to visit again!
Best regards,
Clarissa

RUBY:It was nice to have met you in Xian! Thanks for the shirts!
We had a great trip supported by you and your team! As for a critique, we offer the following:
Arrangements: All your arrangements worked out perfectly and made our trip a real fun trip!
Guides: All guides were cheerful, knowledgeable, prompt, and had good English speaking skills.
Drivers: All drivers were very nice and competent.Places toured: All the places visited were exactly what we wanted to see and presented by the guides in such a way as to make the tours very informative.
Accommodations: All the accommodations were very nice, especially in Beijing.
Food: The only think we can say about the food is that it tasted great, variety was very good but way too much food!
Again, thanks for the support and hopefully we can use Tibettrip services again when we return to China.
Cheers
Jerry

Dear Sally, Dear Lynne, We liked the meals, except maybe for the one in the hotel in Tibet, where most of the dishes had too unusual ingredients such as chicken feet or something like that. Food in the Holiday Inn in Chongquing was very nice. It is difficult to remember but the dinner in Beijing where we went after the Great Wall was very nice, and the lunch in Shanghai was also great (especially the sweet pork -everybody loved that).
All the guides were very professional and helpful, but we particularly liked Juliet in Beijing for her warm personality and high spirits. Echo in Xi'an had excelent English and provided a lot of information. Charise in Shanghai was knowlegable, pleasant and helpful. Tensing did his best to bring the Tibetan customs and religion closer to us. With the rest of the guides we spent very little time, but they all made good impression.
We were very satisfied with the tour overall. It was well organized, everything went smoothly, all the guides were very heplful. Hotels and meals were excellent, and the prices very reasonable.
Thank you for the lovely experience.

Eileen, I agree with all of my friend's comments. Especially I would like to commend the efficiency and courtesy we received before the trip; you patiently responded to all of our e-mail requests and it was very pleasant to meet with you briefly.
The services from you, the tour guides and our drivers were really outstanding. In spite of suffering from altitude sickness and colds, we all thoroughly enjoyed our trip and found China absolutely fascinating.
During our tour, my husband often remarked how efficient, informative, courteous and prompt you all were in responses to our constant inquiries. I especially appreciated your very quick responses during the planning process and while touring various parts of China. Your guides and drivers were always extremely punctual. Your drivers were always considerate and well mannered, although we rarely could communicate with them.
All of the guides you provided us were extremely knowledgeable in the area they served; without the guides, it would have been much harder for us to appreciate the history, culture and the current dynamics of your vast country.
Thank you again.

Dear Emma LuThank you for organising our recent small group, four (4) day tour of Guilin and Yangshuo. Everything went well for us.
This is a very beautiful and interesting region of China and I would recommend this tour to anyone. The cruise on the Lijiang River was a highlight, but we also enjoyed our time in Guilin and Yangshuo, sightseeing and shopping. The cultural presentation in Guilin and the “Water and Light” show in Yangshuo were also both very interesting to us despite only minimal knowledge of Chinese culture.
Our guide was very helpful in making our visit quite memorable. She was very conscientious and keen to assist us in attending to our requests. Her English was very good and she had a good knowledge of the local area. We learnt quite a lot about the local people and how they lived their lives.
The meals provided were of a good standard and variety.
The transport was clean and tidy and the driver performed his duties in an efficient and professional manner.
Thank you once again for your assistance in making our visit to China enjoyable for everyone in our group. I would be happy to use your services again if we have the opportunity to visit China in the future. I would also recommend your services to others who might be interested in a similar tour.
Regards

Good morning,Here are my answers to your questions.
In a global way, we appreciate the meals. I would recommend the first restaurant we made on our arrival in Lhasa (sorry but I do not remember the name)... We could have been there for another meal... In an other type, we appreciate a lot the two restaurants we had near the Jokhang temple and that had some indian , Nepali and Tibetan dishes (lhasa kitchen and namaste).
We really appreciated Tatsumo, she was always very dynamic ansd patient with us. I am happy she was our guide. I think Tatsumo spoke a good english and knew a lot of vocabulary... Some times pronunciation was not that great but we enjoyed trying to understand as a game with us. We leave in China so we have seen a lot worth.
The driver was always very kind, smiling and clean (which is not always the case) the car was always cleaned every day. Nothing else to say.
At the beginning I was a little bit afraid to pass through a website only to plan my trip in Tibet but I had had some great experiences with your compmay before on hotel-booking services (quick answers, great advice) so I chose them to organize this amazing trip. I do not regret it a second, it was really worth the money when afterwards you look at everything you have done in a week (plane, hotels, breakfast, lunch, dinners, visits, rides). Even if I am young and full of energy I would never be able to set a better or cheaper trip in Tibet by my-self, I realze it now.
We had a very nice realtionship with the guide and the driver which makes the trip even more plesant... The program was very flexible according to our desires...If one day I have the opportunity to come back to Tibet I would certainly chose your company again! I wish you to do the same!
Sincerely yours
Perrine Bellosta

Dear Lynne First of all, we apologize for not responding sooner. It was nice to meet you while we were in Xian.
We do a great deal of world traveling and this trip made it to the top of our favorite trips list. The service we received from your organization was outstanding.
We were very impressed that there was always someone to meet us at the arranged time, the cars were more than adequate for our luggage ( and us), were very clean and the drivers friendly and had excellent driving skills.
All of our meals were good, in particular the restaurant in Tibet with the dancers and singers. We had excellent guides and especially would recommend Janet in Beijing and Amy in Shanghai. We loved their exuberance and enthusiasm for their job.
Francine likes to shop and having some female guides with similar inclination was perfect. There was a problem with our room in Xian and Lily was willing to spend as much time as needed to ensure we were satisfied. We appreciated the fact that our guide in Tibet was a native and was extremely knowledgeable about the region (sorry, but we cannot remember his name).
We have spoken to several friends and raved about your company. We wish that you arranged trips in Malaysia or Vietnam as we have been so happy with you and are thinking of travel there.

Dear Joan and Emma.We applaud Tibet Trip for its excellent choice of guides. Their knowledge and love of their cities enhanced our trip. They were informative, responsive to questions and actively trying to make our trip as good as it could be.
They helped us learn how to bargain wisely, were patient with us as we figured out what to order from the menu and flexible when we had special needs or desires.
They told us stories, were good company as we traveled around and tried, to the best of their ability, to satisfy our curiosity about the amazing changes taking place in China today.
They are also only a cell phone call away from their main office and were able to get extra help or make changes when necessary. There were many times that their negotiating abilities were critical to the success of a travel experience. For instance, when we were in Tibet, they were literally constructing the road up to the Gandan Monastery as we were going and without the skill of our guide and driver, we would've missed one of the highlight experiences of our entire trip. They managed to get the back hoe to flatten huge piles of dirt so we could drive through a blocked area!
I would highly recommend them for travel in China and Tibet.
Yours Sincerely
