We had an outstanding trip and have been recommending your tour agency to our friends.

The meals were almost always excellent.We remember great meals in Guilin, in Xi'an and in Shanghai so it is hard to choose only one.

Your guides were all very nice (except one). We had an exceptionally good contact with Yi / Yvonne in Guillin who was fun to be with and had a good sense of humor. She was ready to make extra suggestions and to take very good care of us to show us the many things so we have nice memories of the area. Guillin is a nice area and I believe there are more things to see. If we returned there we would definitely be happy if she could be our guide

Cars and drivers were the best. We really appreciated having lots of space and them being on time.

Since our daughter will be in Canton for some time we could very well return again to visit other areas, perhaps to see some of Tibet.

In addition let us compliment you on your excellent website. It is very attractive and it offers a lot of different possibilities plus useful information. Now that we have experience with you it's nice to know we can trust your agency to do a great job!

First let me compliment you on the way that you organized our vacation--it was the trip of a lifetime and your guides flexibility in dealing with us made us feel that the vacation was catered to our needs. You were particularly good at realizing my special requests were to be carried out and you saw to it that they were--the train ride to Xian was very good and made better by your suggestion of taking two upper berths along with our twolower berths so that we had a 'private' sleep in our 12 hour rail journey.

Janet Beijing guide was friendly and knowledgeable and arranged our extra trip to The Commune at the Great Wall at Badaling without a hitch she was without a doubt the best of the very 'good' guides that we had.

The Peking Duck restaurant in Beijing was excellent--we would also recommend My Humble House for unique atmosphere and food.

The drivers in all three cities-Beijing/Xian and Guilin were all courteous and careful drivers--no worries with our transportation in their hands.

Yvonne in Xian was knowledgeable and friendly--her English was very good.

Judy met us at the airport in Guilin and helped us to upgrade the hotel room as I wanted a view for the two nites that we were staying and even though the hotel was sold out we were able to secure the best room in the hotel for an extra payment.

We did find a restaurant in Yangshuo that gave us the best meal of the trip--even better than Jean Georges in Shanghai-- and of course at 1/20th the price--the Lotus Restaurant next door to the Magnolia Hotel was excellent.We had four vegetarian dishes/two quart bottles of beer/fried rice/ and green tea for ten dollars over a 2 hour lunch in a very nice setting.

Transfers to and from airports went without any problems.

We would highly recommend your services to anyone traveling to China.

I was on leave and saw your email only two days back. Thank you very much for all the excellent tours.

I appreciate your arrangement of vegetarian meals in all Chinese/Cantonese authentic restaurants. I pretty much liked all restaurants, and it is difficult to name one.

I am happy with the guide service in both Beijing and Xian. They have been very helpful too. In Beijing, I needed video casettes and the guide helped me get them. In Xian, the guide helped me do some shopping per my request.The drivers were very well behaved and the cars were clean.

We enjoyed the tour greatly. Your guides were very knowledgeable,dependable and caring. The boat trip was very good especially after we upgraded to a suite. Food on the boat was first rate and the shows put on by the crew were a delight.

For us the highlight was the Terra Cotta Warriors in Xian. All in all we would feel comfortable recommending your tour to anybody .

Thank you for your concerns! However, we would like to thank you for providing us a very memorable & wonderful vacations we ever had!

As regarding to your questions below:

1. Meals: We had very flexible meal arrangement. We loved it! And if only one meal to be recommended, we would like to say the meal in Hong Kong Restaurant(not sure of the name) just before the Kung Fu show.

3.Guide: She is knowleadgable and kind.

2. Car: The service attitude of the driver was excellent. The car is always kept very clean.

Finally, but not least. Ms. Tina and the driver (Mr.Chi) did some very good jobs in taking us to places without hustles and safely. We realy, really enjoyed the whole trip even our daughter(6 year old) enjoyed it a lot! And the fact that bottle water is available at all time, this help a lot too!

As for your website, what we would like to say is that:

Definitely beyond our expectations! This is the one and only tour if you want to see & enjoy China!

It's wonderful experience during our stay in China, please see my comments below.

All the guides were great.Our guide in Kunming suggested we went to the theatre and it was truly a wonderful experience.

Drivers always seemed courteous and friendly and we had an excellent driver from Dali to Lijiang. They always checked to see if we left anything in the car and that made you feel very comfortable when you discovered you had!

When you plan a vacation on-line in another country where you do not speak the language you are a littler nervous that everything will go according to schedule but it did, right from the start there was not one glitch. We would travel in China with your agency again and recommend you to friends.

We did the tour Shanghai, Wuhan, Yangtse, Chongqing, Xian, Beijing, as you know.

At first let we tell you that we are very satisfied with the service your tour agency gave us. Everything worked out better than we expected. The organisation of all excursions was excellent, and we could also bring in our own wishes. Your guides were excellent, and spoke very good English, both the own guides from your agency as those who worked mainly for CITC.Sometimes the guides tried a little bit to much to promote their shops, but we were alert on this and simply said no when we wanted. But on other occasions these shops and factories also gave much insight in the manufacture of the typical products of China, so it was nice to go after all.

The meals were good to excellent, and always there was very much food. What we liked most, was the lunch at Holiday Inn Chongqing, with the excellent choice of products, where we ate far too much, and the excellent kitchen of New Horizon at Xian (mostly the home made noodles!).

The hotels were better than we expected. The Pacific Luck in Shanghai was good, but the beds were somewhat hard. And the cabins on the boat (China Regal Cruises) were too small, to our opinion. The boat cruise itself was superb! The hotel we liked most was the Holiday Inn Central Plaza in Beijing: a hotel with excellent service and facilities.

Of the guides we liked most Carol, we met in Xian, and David in Beijing, but the other guides were also nice and friendly, and gave much information. All the limos were very clean and the drivers were excellent: we would like to greet Charlie in Beijing, who was are favourite driver with his Red Flag.

Finally: I would like to recommend your agency to European visitors. I think that your tours are of a good price-quality relation. Only when the tourists are not understanding any English, it would be wise to look for an agency which offers guides in their mother language.

We are certainly coming back!
