what sort of conditions would i be likely to see if i were to travel overland to Tibet. I will be arriving in tibet at the beginning of october
as i am not to sure if the weather is going to be extremely cold and rainy in lhasa and surrounding areas

The average temperature of Lhasa in October is usually around 10 degrees Centigrade (50 degrees Fahrenheit). The lowest temperature is seldom below 0 degree Centigrade. But it is not that rainy during October, since the rainy season is in July, August and September.
