 I am planning to visit Nepal in February (around 14th) and I was wondering if it is a good time of year for visiting Tibet (Lhasa) as well? Is it too cold?
And do you know some travel agency who can arange 4 day trips to Lhasa from Kathmandu?
I have lots of questions...I know! :-)
Some hotel reccomondations?
