I am trying to organise a trip for 3 adults (me and 2 other friends, all french) for the following itinary:

4th-5th august: London to Beijing
5th-6th august: Beijing to Lhasa
17-18th august: Lhasa to Beijing
24th-25th august: Beijing to London

We have friends working in Tibet and although we will need accommodation, we do not want to have a planned discovery of tibet for the whole duration of our stay there. We would like to stay free a few days and have some guided tours for other days.

I am looking for an agency to arrange international and domestic flights and travel permit for us, but it seems extremely difficult. Most agencies are proposing a fully packaged holiday, with a few days in lhasa before going to katmandu or Xian or Shangai.

Would you have any tips as to who would be able to help us for this trip?
