 Please let me know if this is too difficult. I plan on being in Tibet for about a month for most of July and some of August.

From from Almaty, Kazakhstan to Urumchi, Urumchi to Changdu, Changdu to Lhasa. Same way back.

I am assuming a day for each connection. I know there are 3 flights a day to Lhasa and now a days to arrange for a TTB in Chengdu it takes very little, please let me know if I am wrong, but I am assuming a day in Chengdu, to arrange this.

2 or 3 days in Lhasa, sight seeing and acclamting to the altitude.

5 or 6 day trek near Lhasa.

2 or 3 day, bus trip to Western Tibet

12-14 days hiking around lake Manasovar and Mt. Kailash.

2 or 3 days, bus trip back, if enough time, stop and hike around Shigatsi.

Fly back to Kazakhstan (where I work), upon arrival in Lhasa.
