Hello Everybody,

I am wondering if I will be granted access into Tibet with a Chinese "F" type visa. I've heard rumors that they won't allow foreigners with this type of visa into Tibet. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Is there any type of Chinese visa that will have you rejected entry into Tibet?

Thank You,

Elliot

Thanks Guys,

That's a weight off my shoulders! Any more news about the TTP thing? Are foreigners still required to get one before entry, or has that definitvely changed?

You are welcome, EB. Rumors said that foreigners are not asked for the Permit since Oct. But it's not true. Foreigne visitors are still required to apply for the TTP.
