Have you watched it? Prince Himalaya. A story adopted from Hamlet acted by Tibetan actors and actress. I think the hero, Pupagyal, is very handsome. He's the one in the middle.

Pupagyal's hometown is a small villiage in Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Nationality Autonomous County. Lived in such a remote place, he was a cowboy since young. The first TV set in the village was brought by his father, who exchange potatoes to the TV set with a city resident.

His family is nomad and had no extra money for the kids to go to school any more. Pupagyal took the only property of the family, 1000 RMB, went to Jiuzhaigou to work. And this is the first time he went out the hometown. He dreamed to be a singer and worked hard for the dream for several years. Finally, he became famous after participating an TV programm MY HERO.

Wooo, so handsome a boy, I would like to see it. Is it a new movie? I really want to see what the imitated story of Hamlet would be like. But I saw the actors' names are all so odd, are they all Tibetans? Are they speak Putonghua in the movie? or there are some Tibetan there? If so, that would also be quite interesting.

Yes, they are all Tibetans. It is said that the Tibetan they speak is the standard language Lhasa people speak. There are also Putonghua version on show, you can choose.
