 Tibet Gongkar Airport is located in the Gongkar County, about 100 km south from the Lhasa city. It would take about 2 hours and RMB20 by shuttle bus. If you have about 3-4 persons, Taxi may be considered, about RMB150-250 can hire a taxi.
And there have the buses from Tsetang and Shigatse to Lhasa at the airport. Taking it will cost RMB 20-30.
