 In Lhasa there has some hostels for backpackers and self-travelers, besides the Lhasa Hotel (4 Star), Lhasa International Hotel (4 Star), and some 3-Star hotels.
One bed for one night is about RMB 20-25. and the procedure is more easy. These hostels all equiped with telephone (only be available for the inside city calls) and warm bath water.
And you also can see many notes pasted on the bulletin board, which says they want the mate travelers.
