unfortunately, the flight ticker to Lhasa never has the discount as thers.
If you want to buy the ticket online, please visit this http://www.travelsky.com/english/index.htm
and enter your departing city and arrival city.

many of the gueshouses in chengdu can arrange that ticket. Sim's, Dragontown, Sam's all do it for the same price.
