 According to the report of Tibet Observatory, from Feb.12 to Feb.18, many regions of Tibet will have snows, and it will be cloudy in Lhasa. so the road condition during the New Year is not very good.
Take Care when you planing the travel.
But on the other hand, good to see snow scenes, isn't it? I have been regreted for not seeing the snow this year in Xian.

Yes, snow is a good thing to the plants and people's health. Glad to hear that there will be a snow during the new year.
