 Does anyone know a reliable travel agency in Kathmandu or Tibet which organises travelling into Tibet from Kathmandu and can be contacted via internet? I found one called Accesstibettour, however, the fee quote of USD 630 per person seems to be a bit high for a 5 day trip (4 days around Friendship Hwy and 1 day in Lhasa, in budget guesthouses and exclusive of meal and tips etc). I read in Lonelyplanet that a normal three day trip from Nepal to Lhasa is around USD 250 or something including the travel permit and accommodation on the way there.
