 hello~~~
I'm going to visit China this April. The Great Wall is an attractive sites I must see. And I will go to Tibet. But where should I get a local phone? I'm thinking to rent a phone in China, because the roaming rates in China would be fairly high. Is there anyone whom ever rented a phone there? Can you suggest a good company with guarantee? A local service is nessesary. The web and rates?

I dont think it is necessary. u can buy a card and call in any telephone booth all over the street in any city in China.
If u rent a phone in Beijing, u have to pay roaming fee in Tibet. The signal of mobile is especially poor in places you want to go!
