 I have heard recently that when a travel agency in the Chinese Central land wants to imploy tourist guides to Tibet, many crowd there for interview, more than 500 competing for the only 10. They all think that the income of Tibet guides are very high, which can reach over 100 thousand a year. That's really surprinngly high, Is it true?
Can anyone know share some ideas with me?

YEs, I have also heard of that. Because the condition there is rough, it is not everyone can bear it. I still have hesitation to go there even so.
