 In Nyingchi and Chamdo, there is a kind of pork called 'Zang Xiang Chu' (Tibetan Fragrant Pig), which is very oily but not being fed up with, and tastes fresh. It is worthy trying. Besides, a kind of 'Shi Guo Ji' chicken and fungus in Nyingchi are also very yummy.
