 Hi...can someone please tell me how much time a letter sent by post from Lhasa will take to reach Beijing?...also how reliable are Chinese postal services?

My travel agent in Lhasa has posted my permit to my hotel in Beijing and I am concerned that it will not reach in time for my departure from Beijing to Lhasa!

Hi Lhasalust, I think the postal service of China is realiable. I have posted many of my personal important documents from the mail and it is ok. You can use a main express, which is the safest and takes the least time. (about one week usually)
and the charge is also reasonable, not very high.
