 My wife and I are planning a trip to the lake and the Mount Kailash area in June 2006. We want to walk around both. We would like to talk with anyone who has done this in the last few years to find out more about the experience, and what tour company to use, etc. We are both in our fifties and in good health, but worry about altitude sickness, getting food for a vegetarian, and possible medical problems in a country that is so isolated.
