 ON May 28th, the Nyingchi Luopa Minority & Tibetan Medicine CUltural Festival was held in Miling COunty. It will last to over June. There visitors can see the folk performances of Luopa and Tibetan Minorities, learn the culture of Tibetan MEdicine, and see the yellow peony.
