 The second railway line between Qinghai and Xining has begun to be built since Sep.5th. The project will be finished 8 years later.

When finished, there can be 20 round-trip trains running between QInghai and Xining, and the speed can reach to 160 km./h. IN addition, the whole line will realise electrization.
