 Lhasa is the well-known 'City of Sunshine', it is relatively warm in the autumn and winter than other hinterland of China. But it is also quite dry, there is almost no water in the air in Lhasa. Since October the content of precipitation in Lhasa has decreased almost 50% compared with past years. The people in Lhasa also have felt the dryness. Nose-bleeding is often the topic of their life.

The experts remind people to drink more water and care the protection of skins when traveling in Tibet now.
