Come along with 10-12 who will visit Tibet - travel by train from Shanghai and return to Beijing - also see steam railways remaining in China. Hi everyone!

I am planning on going to Tibet overland from China early August, leaving Zhongdian in the first two weeks of august whenever I can get a group together. Anyone interested in joining that?? And thereafter I will be in Tibet for a while if anyone wants to meet up. I am a 24year old female escaping real life for a while :)

I'm planning to go in December for few weeks. I'm Australian Chinese, 22 graduating at the end of the year, taking the train, not flying. Drop me a message if anyone's going there around that time. Actually no need to follow local tour in China, you can travel freedomly in Tibet. We contact tibetfit.service@gmail.com to arrange legal Tibet permits(original hardcopy TTB permit and PSB permit), Beijing-Lhasa train ticket and a landcruiser to travel from Lhasa to EBC. We can travel vary freely without time restriction, can stop any where and any times to take photo. Their service is good with reasonable price, highly recommend this agent. Ya, please notice that TTB permit is a compulsory document to take Tibet train.

Hi ! TatBoon, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I still have some query, How many day notices they required to get the permit done? Can we apply remotely?? How much they charge you for the permit application and train ticket??? How you pay them????
