The scenery along the Xining-Lhasa Railway is the best! You will love it!

Yes, good scenary view on the way from Xining to Lhasa thru Qinghai and Tibet train. We did the travel in end of August during Shoton Festival. You can contact QualityTibet, qualitytibet@gmail.com to book the train ticket.
