Topic: First time travller, need your help!

I am a first time traveller with a lot of motivation to get to tibet, i am from England.

Firstly; I need to apply for a chinese visa (and dont mention that i am going to enter tibet).
Secondly; once in chengdu i must organise the 2 permits to enter tibet.

Is this all i need to do?

i would appreciate any helpful information. Thank you

You don't need two permits. You need a Tibet Travel Permit to enter into Tibet.

Tourists can get permit via travel agent. You can't get it by yourself.

You can contact tibetfit.service@gmail.com to arrange legal Tibet permit for you. I have my permit and Beijing-Lhasa Train ticket from them.
