For the opening of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, two large deep cultural plateau - Huangtu Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau form a link. And four provinces of Qinghai, Gansu, Shaanxi and Tibet also cooperate actively in their driving for economy and tourism.
