Is it advisable for me to bring a sleeping bag with me instead of the blankets of the hotels to ensure me a nice sleep.

All right!
Tibet tour is harder than usual ones. A good sleep is very very important for one to ensure one keeping healthy and continue the tour with enough energetic. As long as you own sleeping bag is good to your sleep, you can feel easy to take it with you wherever you are during your Tibet trip.
