I'll be in Shanghai most of June and plan to look for a travel agent in Shanghai that can arrange the travel permit to Tibet in the beginning of July. My plan is to do some sightseeing in Lhasa and some trekking. Anyone interested?

Susanne here in Taicang, aobut an hour and a half outside of Shanghai. I am also planning on going to Tibet at the beginning of July. July is the rain season in Tibet.
Especially inside the mountain area, the rain comes and goes quickly
So if you are not trekking or taking bicycle, an umbrella and a raincoat are enough.
be careful when you driving on the highroad!
