Hi!
I'm planning on going to Lhasa from Qingdao.
Does anybody know the fastest way to get to Lhasa from Qingdao?? I would much prefer to take the train if it is available. How many hours or day would it take by train?

Hi Jasmine, the fatsest way to go to Tibet is of course by air. But it is a pity in all the three airports of Tibet, there is no direct flights between Tibet and Qingdao. Taking the Tibet Railway to Tibet can provide time to acclimitize the high altitude, thought it is slower. And there is also no direct train from there. But you can transfer at Xian, Lanzhou, Xining or Golmud, which is a little more convenient.
