DEAR ALL, i wonder weather there are local festivals or activities hold in winter in Tibet? then i can arrange my travel to Tibet at the most proper time.

Hi Gurty, you are wise to choose the time of winter to travel to Tibet. It is not crowded and you can save a lot of money!
