Topic: How to get to Lhasa from Xiahe?

Hi, guys, I want to go to Xiahe from Lhasa, but I don't know the nearest and cheapest way. Can anyone give me some advice?

Xiahe is a small town in the south of Gansu Province, you can go there either from Lanzhou or if you happen to travel from Jiuzhaigou to Gansu, you can visit Xiahe on the way.

Xiahe is an amazing place, I've been there for a thousand times:-)

To Camelot,

Xiahe is a Tibetan town located in the south of Gansu Province. The highlight of the town is the Labrang Monastery, which is one the top six monasteries in and out of Tibet.

But your question set me thinking to say to peacock, if you want to go to Tibet, you can see as many as monasteries there or even more than you expected. Why taking so much trouble to go the Xiahe at all?
