The Tibet Forum of Tibettrip.com is a free public discussion channel to share and learn travel-related as well as other miscellaneous information about Tibet. Based on this tenet, we have made the following rules to ensure the harmony of the forum.

I. When participating in the forum, you MUST NOT:

1. Post any threads that may violate the international law or regulations or seduce others to commit crimes.
2. Post any unlawful, obscene, pornographic, violent, threatening, or indecent materials.
3. Make any bigoted, hateful, defamatory, abusive, provoking or otherwise disrespectful statement that may harm a third party or the other members of the forum.
4. Talk about any topics that are politically or racially sensitive.
5. Advocate any heresy or suspicious beliefs.
6. Post or distribute any material that infringes or violates any right of a third party or any law.
7. Distribute viruses or such links that may damage the computer of users in the forum.
8. Send any kind of advertisement for commercial use.
9. Post any threads that contain meaningless or irrelevant links, words or pictures to the particular column of the forum.
10. Intentionally repeat a thread or a subject in the forum.

II. Tibettrip.com reserves the right to remove or delete the improper threads without prior notice. We'll lock the IP addresses of members who continuously challenge the above rules or behave extremely badly and banish them from the forum.

III. The copyright of materials in the forum shall still be the individual's; Tibettrip.com will never publish or use them for commercial purpose without your prior consent, but we assume none obligation for the protection of it.

IV. All persons posting to the forum shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. We accept no responsibility for the check of the originality and accuracy of them, nor any consequential loss or damage.

V. All the ideas and comments of members represent the individual's, not the stand of Tibettrip.com.

VI. Tibettrip.com is liable for the explanation and implementation of the forum rules, and is entitled to revise or change them on conditions.

VII. You will be considered as having accepted the agreement above as soon as you use any service in the forum.
