The hotel location is very good. Guesthouses have attached bathrooms offer 24-hour hot water. There's a restaurant on site as well as an antiques shop.

One of the most popular hostels in Lhasa, the Tibetan style hostel has a courtyard where travelers may enjoy sunshine. Public bath and/or private bath with hot water supply twice a day (from 10:00am-13:00pm, 15:00-19:00pm); information board, free laundry and bicycle rental service can be useful. Kailash Restaurant upstairs serves nice food. It is close to Barkhor.

The 3-story hotel is 10 minutes walk from Potala and close to Jokhang Temple. Tashi 2 restaurant inside it is attractive to travelers. Information board, bicycle rental, store, public shower and 24 hours hot water supply are available.

Opposite to Snowlands, Pentoc is a clean and stylish abode. They have 24 hour hot water supply and shower. Trekking gear rental service is available. They have new triple rooms.

The hotel enjoys a supreme location, right around Jokhang Temple. It has a roof terrace to enjoy the scene of Jokang, and a nice restaurant also. The hot water supply is good. Newly built triple rooms are now available.

Another one of the most favorite hostels in Tibet, offers a range of rooms from basic dorms to rooms with attached bathroom. New triples are available. The English speaking stuff can be helpful. Rooms with TV, air-con, attached bath cost 300 per night. Very popular information board, hot water supply, public bath and toilet.
