Tibet Railway: Advance Ticket Sale Service Opened in Golmud

Recently Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company has opened the advance ticket sale service in Golmud City, Qinghai Province.

During the pre-sale period of 10 days, passengers in Golmud can buy tickets of trains departing from Xining Railway Station, and from the next railway station (e.g. tickets for Xining – Beijing and Beijing – Shanghai). Besides, tickets for trains from Xining to Lhasa, from Xining to Golmud, or the return trips are also accessible.

In addition, for the convenience of transference to other trains, the company has also adjusted the departure time of No. N911/2 (Golmud - Xining) trains. The running time of No. N912 is now from 19:30 to 07:12.
