2007 China Tibetan Cultural Week Opened in Moscow

On September 6^th, the 2007 China Tibetan Cultural Week was opened in Moscow, Russia.

This activity is part of the 'Year of China' being held in Russia. It mainly includes exhibitions of Tibetan pictures, thangkas and medicines, communications with Tibetan scholars and living Buddhas, along with grand Tibetan artistic performances.

In addition, the cultural week will also be held in Elista, the capital of Kalmykiya Republic of Russia. The whole activity will conclude on September 16^th.
