Chongqing – Lhasa Train (No.T222) to Pause Running after Aug.1st

According to Chongqing Railway Station, Chongqing-Lhasa Train (No.T222) will pause running after Aug.1^st, and from Jul.21^st to Aug.1^st, the train does not stop at the stations between Chongqing and Golmud.

Stations between Chongqing and Golmud include Xining, Lanzhou, Baoji, Xian, Dazhou and Guangan. The Chongqing Railway Station tells that the ticket of Aug.1^st can still be bought, while when the train will recover is not decided yet. So travelers to Tibet from Chongqing after Aug.1^st will have to take the airplane or coach.
