Edit - It is said that the Ramoche Monastery was built by workers from Princess Wencheng's hometown. That's the reason why this building is in the style of the Tang Dynasty. The main gate of the Ramoche Monastery faces eastward to commemorate the princess' longing for her birthplace and her beloved parents as well.
